This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Cash Empire Clicker application (also displayed in-game as "Money Printer Empire"; the "App") and is entered into between you and the developer and publisher of the App (the "Developer"). This EULA is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service & User Agreement. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THIS EULA.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the Usage Rules).

The App is licensed, not sold. The Developer and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, artwork, audio, trademarks, trade dress, Virtual Items, and other intellectual property. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly stated in this EULA.
All in-game currencies and items are fictional, have no real-world value, and are licensed (not sold) to you for use solely within the App, as described in the Terms of Service. Deleting the App or your save data may result in permanent loss of Virtual Items, subject to any supported restore mechanisms.
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App at its discretion, and may require you to install updates to continue using the App. This EULA governs all updates unless a separate license accompanies them. The Developer has no obligation to provide any support, maintenance, updates, or new content.
The App may include or rely on third-party software components and services (such as purchase processing and cloud infrastructure), which may be subject to their own license terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for third-party services and makes no warranty regarding them.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you rights that cannot be limited by contract (for example, certain statutory guarantees in the EU, UK, or Australia), nothing in this EULA limits those rights. All disclaimers and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms, and you must then cease all use and delete the App. The Developer may also terminate or suspend the license at any time as described in the Terms of Service. Sections 2, 3, 4, and 7 through 11 survive termination.
You may not use or export the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. If the App is acquired on behalf of any government entity, it is provided as "commercial computer software" with only those rights granted to all other end users under this EULA.
This EULA is between you and the Developer only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. In case of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's minimum EULA terms, Apple's minimum terms prevail.
The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, and governing law provisions of the Terms of Service apply equally to this EULA and are incorporated by reference. If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
